Description
Clean, bright, straw appearance in the glass. On the nose, presents ripe yellow pear and white peach. On the palette, flavors of lychee and stone fruit that straddle honeycomb but shift mid-palette to Madagascar vanilla and flint rock. The neutral oak aging brings considerable influence of almond and marzipan. Fumé all day. Medium-high acidity with creamy texture and medium-long finish of salty minerality.
