Our inaugural Sparkling Rosé is made of 100% Pinot Noir from beautiful Los Carneros. It follows in the traditional Champagne method, with fermentation occurring individually in bottle. This beautifully light pink brut rosé displays layers of vibrant fresh red fruit with pearl like bubbles on the palate and a delicate mousse. The bright acidity is complimented by a soft, round finish.
